Spaces ("we", "our", or "us") is a community and learning platform that lets users join spaces, participate in discussions, access courses, and share content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over your data.

By using the Spaces app you agree to this policy.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

4 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

All data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (AWS infrastructure)
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — never stored in plain text
All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using secure storage
We retain your data as long as your account is active

6 Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — update your name, email, or profile photo at any time in the app
Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
Portability — request your data in a portable format

7 Children's Privacy

Spaces is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
